DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 783 is portable alternate current (AC) frequency meter using mechanical resonance as a detection mechanism. The instrument is contained in a wood box with a leather handle. The two direct reading dials are the analog end points of series of vibrating rods corresponding to integral and half integral values from 44 to 56 Hertz inclusive.
