DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 211 is a Perucca electrometer, an electrostatic instrument employing an auxiliary electric field used to measure potential differences with great precision and sensitivity. It consists of a conducting electric wire suspended vertically and maintained in tension to which is connected a horizontal needle in the form of a V whose vertex is oriented toward the micrometric microscope. The needle is placed between two plates separated by an adjustable distance; the sensitivity of the instrument increases with reduction of this distance. The capacity of the needle with respect to the two plates is about 2 micro-micro farads, the maximum sensitivity is a millivolt and the readout time about 2 secondi.ISCRIZIONI
