DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 729 is a high voltage transformer, a device which permits varying the voltage without excessive loss of useful energy. It is based on the electromagnetic principles of flux variation and thus is applicable only to alternating current.
This high voltage transformer is contained in a wood case. On one side there is the input terminal for the lower voltage and on the top the terminals for the high voltage output with large ceramic insulators.
