DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 699 is a red Leyden jar cover with a cork tap sealed with wax. The tap has a hole through which passes a brass rod, terminated on one end with a brass disk carrying a brass sphere and on the other end a small twisted brush of nude wire filaments.
