DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 669 shows two knife switches with the return of the principal knives effected by spiral springs (now missing-see exhibit 670 for positioning of spiral springs). The spring driven return of the principal knife should avoid sparking when opening the circuit. They are mounted on bakelite bases with holes for further mounting on wood bases. The handles are wood. The maximum commutable current is 20 Amps. See also exhibit 668 and 670.
