DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 545 is a cylindrical Leyden jar without the external armature. It consists of glass cylindrical jar with a lining of tinfoil. The neck of the jar is closed with a cork plug through which passes a brass rod with a small sphere on its end. Around the neck of the jar there is a covering of wax to avoid shorting the internal with the external armature, also intended with tinfoil.Dati Catalografici
