DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 537 is an Eppley standard voltage cell of the Westin type made by the Eppley Laboratory in Newport, Rhode Island (USA). Its declared voltage is 1,01909 volts and its internal resistance is guaranteed to not exceed 500 ohms. The guaranteed accuracy is 0.01% of the certified value. The temperature coefficient is negligible.
The cell is mounted in a black bakelite case with copper plaques and trimmings. There are two terminals on the base marked (+) e (-). See exhibit 679 for another example of this cell.
