DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 505 is a densitometer, an instrument for the determination of the density of liquids. They usually are a long glass tube that floats vertically due to a lead weight and has graduated indications of density. In this case the floating tube contains mercury and the graduated scale is a glass tube with a diameter slightly inferior than that of the floating tube. or in other units, for example, Baume units as in this case. The Baume scale starts from the value =0 corresponding to the density of distilled water.
