DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 421 is telescope above which is fixed a holder for a horizontal ruler graduated between -50 and +50 centimeters, all mounted on a heavy three-legged base. This device is used with measuring instruments which rotate a mirror in response to an input variable. For a given rotation angle of the mirror, the reading on the ruler, visible through the telescope, being reflected in the mirror is twice the angle displacement as shown in the figure associated with exhibit 371.Dati Catalografici
