DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 408 is a high voltage divider. It has four contacts marked "volt, 750 , 1500, 3000". It appears as a box with mesh sides and a leather handle. Internally on sees four column coils in correspondence with the terminals. The four columns are connected in series but some wire must be broken because between one and the other current does not pass.
