DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 405 is a 21 cm diameter copper disk with a screw terminal and a painted glass handle inserted into a brass holder soldered to the copper disk. This disk is probably the collettore used together with the attuante described in exhibit 86. They are in fact identical for constructor, dimension and color. They were used for electrostatic experiments and to form flat condensers.
