DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 404 is a rotating mechanical drum, driven by an internal spring driven clockwork mechanism, to provide one rotation in 12 hours, used to support the millimeter paper used in a hydrometer. The base has three leveling screws. The key used to wind the spring protrudes from the top.
