DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 294 is a pendulum of a pith ball and a small sounding bell all mounted on a brass column on a stable metal base. Above the bell there is a small sphere and a curved rod which supports the pith ball at the end with a silk thread. This instrument is used to demonstrate phenomena of attraction and repulsion of static charges.BIBLIOGRAPHY
