DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 243 is a series of shunt resistances for the Mavometer (exhibit 166) to extend its full scale range from 1 mA to a 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 mA. The shunts are arranged in a small box with perforated metal sides; a bakelite base with four legs and an upper face which presents 6 scales corresponding to the six lateral jacks. There are two jacks marked with the alternating current symbols which are the common contacts. The choice of shunt is realized by a flexible wire from a jack in the lower part to be collected to the proper side jack.ISCRIZIONI
