DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 210 is a Martens photometer which measures the emission intensity of a light source by comparison with a known source. In practice, the two sources are polarized in perpendicular planes and viewed one beside the other. The two parts of the field of view are viewed through an analyzer, normally a Nicol prism, that is rotated until the difference of luminosity is a minimum. The unknown luminosity is then determined from the angle of rotation of the analyzer.ISCRIZIONI
