DESCRIPTION
The type SF2 ammeter is enclosed in a polished wooden box with a leather handle; on the upper face are provided two terminals for connection, one indicating (0.075 Ampere), and the other the earth connection symbol. On the front face is available a screw for zero correction.The instrument is used to measure currents in the range 0 to 75 milliampere. The scale is not linear and is subdivided in milliamperes in the range from 15 to 75 milliamperes. A flat shaped needle renders the reading precise while the mirror underneath serves to avoid errors due to parallax.
