DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 194 is a thermoelectric battery composed of 40 thermocouples, that is, 40 small bars of two different metals soldered at the ends and separated by insulating paper. When heating one of the two welds, one generates a weak current proportional to the difference of temperature between the welds.
