DESCRIPTION
Exhibit 11 is an instrument consisting of three vertical coils separated by 60 degrees from each to the next,and in the middle of which is located a flat metallic disk which can turn on a vertical spindle. It is the basis of the Weinhold apparatus used to demonstrate a three-phase rotating magnetic field as in the three-phase induction motor.
The instrument is used with the Weinhold apparatusWeinhold's apparatus.
